4 cups chopped rhubarb
1 1/3 cups white sugar
6 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon butter
1 recipe pastry for a 9 inch double crust pie
The first thing to do is preheat the oven to 450 ºF. Then combine the sugar and floor you have. Now sprinkle 1/4 of the over pastry in a pie plate. Bake the pie at this condition for 15 minutes (the preheated oven). After this has been done, reduce the temperature of the oven to 350 degrees F and continue the baking process for 40 to 45 minutes. Ready to serve! You can either serve it warm or cold.
